Our founder is a medical professional (physician) who has been practicing in the United States for many years, and understands the local market, the different hospitals, and their needs. We are therefore very focused on servicing the different hospitals across the United States, and in the process, we provide a high degree of personal service.

International Staffing Agency
Global Nurses Network is an international staffing agency. Our incentive, therefore, is to provide each hospital with long-term contracts, which is perfectly aligned with the hospitals’ incentives as well. To this end, we recruit nurses that both want to live in United States and are interested in working with hospitals in a long term capacity.

High Quality Nurses
Global Nurses Network recruits high quality nurses from India. We have established relationships with both nursing schools and recruiters in India, who have already pre-screened many candidates that are CGFNS-certified, have practical experience, and are well-versed in English. We personally interview each nurse for further screening and conduct a thorough background check. Finally, we enable the hospital to interview the nurse via videoconferencing as a last step before selection.
