For Hospital Recruiters

Are you experiencing a shortage of nurses in your hospital? Are you paying high costs for traveling nurses and still don’t have a long-term solution? Then you have come to the right place.

Overview
Global Nurses Network, LLC is a nurse staffing company. We work with hospitals, such as yours, to alleviate your nursing needs. We employ and staff highly qualified nurses from India. We will work closely with you throughout the process, from understanding your needs to ensuring a nurse that meets your requirement is sent out to your facility.

Long Term Contracts
Global Nurses Network employs internationally trained nurses and places these nurses at our client facilities with long term contract assignments.

High Quality
Global Nursing Network works closely with the top nursing schools and recruiters in India to carefully screen high quality candidates. We first conduct an initial resume screen and background check to ensure the nurses have demonstrated excellence in both nursing school and in their work experience. Further, our staff of medical doctors from the U.S. interviews each and every candidate to ensure they have the skills to function in a fast-paced international environment. Finally, we ensure that all of our screened candidates have a high level of proficiency in spoken English, written English, and in basic computer skills.

Long-term solution
As you are well aware of, the nursing shortage in USA, Australia, Canada and UAE will not disappear anytime in the near future. In fact, the shortage is going to increase. One of the reasons Global Nurses Network operates in India is that not only are there large numbers of well-trained nurses, but also there is heavy investment into increasing nursing schools and increasing the number of nurses over the next few years. By partnering with Global Nurses Network, you will gain access to a network of thousands of nurses, and continue to work with your nurses, as your needs increase over the years.
