Who is Global Nurses Network?
Global Nurses Network is a recruiting company that recruits nurses from India for the benefit of hospitals in the United States.

How long will the process of coming to USA take?
No one can say for sure, but we can give you a range of days that we expect it to take. If you have already taken the CGFNS, then 9 Months-12 Months. If you have still not taken the CGFNS, then 1 year-18 Months. We will file your paper work with the INS as soon as we receive it.

How much will all this cost me?
This process will cost you NOTHING!!. We even take care of every expense for you the first 2 months of your stay in USA.

Why is every thing free for me?
There are considerable costs involved with placing you in a US hospital, including taking the CGFNS exam, the Credentials Evaluation Service, the TOEFL, legal fees, housing and transportation, etc. Altogether, these expenses can run anywhere from $10,000 - $15,000. Global Nurses Network will assist you with these expenses as part of our superior customer service. However, in exchange for financial assistance, Global Nurses Network will ask you to sign a two-year employment agreement when you accept a job offer.

How much will I get paid?
Answer: On average you will get paid around 20-24 dollars per hour. You will get the exact same salary as a USA educated nurse in the hospital you will be placed at. This is a tremendous amount of money and you will have the opportunity to save lots of money.

Do I have to pay taxes?
Answer: Yes you do. It is mandatory for all persons earning money in USA to pay taxes.

In what state in the USA will you place me?
We will place you at any one of client hospitals all across the United States.

What is the CGFNS?
The CGFNS is the qualifying exam for Nurses from outside the USA to enter the USA. All Indian nurses must take this exam. Please click on the link to learn more. There are some states that do not require the CGFNS.

What if I have already passed the CGFNS?
Answer: If you have already passed the CGFNS then we will sponsor you to take the NCLEX in USA Territory, after which we will file your visa application. We of course will pay for all the associated expenses.


What is the NCLEX-RN?
Answer: The NCLEX-RN (National Council Licensing Exam for Registered Nurses) is the exam given by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. This exam is needed to obtain a RN license in USA.

What is the Visa Screen Certificate?
Answer: The Visa Screen™ Certificate is required of all candidates to certify that an individual's home country education is equivalent to a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in the United States and that English skills are at an acceptable level. You can obtain this certificate by applying for a review of your credentials, transcripts and TOEFL/TSE results by the ICHP (International Committee on Health Professions).

What is the Test of English as Foreign Language ( TOEFL ) and Test of Spoken English ( TSE )?
These tests are required of all candidates for visa issuance. TOEFL is a written examination. A minimum test score of 540 for written or 207 for computerized is required. TSE is an audio-based examination. A minimum test score of 50 is required.
